Yes. No customer identity is stored, and the raw audio is deleted after it is transcribed. That is exactly why people speak more honestly.

How long does setup take?

Can I create more than one box?

Yes — create a separate box for each branch, table, product or campaign, so you always know where every piece of feedback came from. Your plan sets how many boxes you can have.

What languages can customers leave feedback in?

You set the language of each box’s feedback page, and the dashboard itself is available in several languages — so customers give feedback in a language they’re comfortable with.

Can I use it for an online store or website?

Yes. Alongside the QR, you get a shareable link and an embeddable feedback button for any website, online store or app — plus a native Shopify integration.

Privacy & data

What happens to the voice recordings?

The raw recording is used only to create the transcript, then deleted — we keep the text, never a recording tied to a person.

Who owns the feedback?

You do. The feedback your customers leave belongs to your business; Feedbox only processes it to give you the transcript, categories and analysis.

Is my data safe?

Feedback is stored securely and is never sold or shared, and because nothing identifies the customer, there’s no personal profile to leak in the first place.

Will I know when new feedback arrives?

How is Feedbox priced?

Feedbox is a monthly subscription, and each plan includes a set number of processed feedbacks per month (plus a box limit). There is a free plan to start, and you upgrade as you grow. If you hit your limit mid-month, feedback is still collected but held until you upgrade or buy a one-time extra pack.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes — start on the free plan with no card and no commitment, and move to a paid plan only when you need more boxes or more feedback per month.

Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

Yes. There’s no contract — upgrade, downgrade or stop whenever you like, right from your dashboard.
